Whatever the distance, we can help

While every sport has its own unique demands, the underlying principles of any endurance sport are fundamentally the same: build a big engine and specialize for your event. With this principle in mind and my background in many different sports, if your event is longer that a few minutes I can help you.

Specifically, I offer coaching services in:

  • Cycling – all endurance disciplines
    • specializing in road – criteriums in particular, gravel, cross and mountain (xc and xcm)
  • Triathlon – all distances
    • specializing in off-road sprint and Olympic
  • Running – 5 km through ultramarathon
    • specializing in 10 km to the marathon
  • Cross country skiing – all distances
